📬 WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT

Now that you've submitted your inquiry, here’s what to expect:

  • I’ll review your request personally within the next few days.

  • If your concept aligns with my current focus and availability, I’ll reach out via email to continue the conversation.

  • Please keep an eye on your inbox — I may request additional details or offer session options.

If you don’t hear from me, it may mean the design or timing didn’t align — but I truly appreciate your interest and support.

⚠️ Design Suitability – Skin, Age & Placement

  • Some designs may not be ideal depending on skin type, sensitivity, age, or body location.

  • This includes areas like the hands, neck, or feet, and very mature skin.

  • Final decisions on suitability are at my discretion — always with your best outcome in mind.

💰 Rates & Session Structure

Here’s a general sense of current session pricing:

  • Half-day session (approx. 4 hours)$1,000

  • Full-day session (approx. 8 hours)$1,800

Pricing reflects the time, focus, and detail required to create long-lasting, high-quality work.

Large-scale designs typically require multiple sessions to complete — especially in realism and 3RL-based styles where layering and fine detail take time.

Also, micro-realism pieces, while small, are often deceptively time-intensive. They demand a high degree of control and patience — so “small” doesn’t necessarily mean “quick.”

💰 Minimum Booking Requirement

Please note: All tattoo sessions currently require a 3-hour minimum, priced at $900.

This ensures enough time for quality, focused work and is non-negotiable at this time.

🐾 Pet Portrait Tattoos

Pet portraits are some of the most delicate and technical pieces I take on. Capturing your pet’s expression and likeness takes time, precision, and excellent photo references.

I generally recommend booking a full-day session for pet portraits. This ensures enough space to render the image accurately without rushing through key details toward the end of the day.

If you've requested a pet portrait, excellent reference material is essential. These tattoos require extra layering and tonal precision. The clarity and quality of the photos you uploaded will directly impact the final result.

✒️ Design Process & Reveal Policy

Most of the time, designs are revealed in person on the day of your appointment.

This keeps the creative process focused and allows space for:

  • Minor edits to be made on the spot

  • Major changes, if needed, to be rescheduled with proper time and attention

This approach helps me create better, more intentional work — without rushing or compromising quality under pressure.

🧳 For Out-of-Town Clients

If you're traveling from out of town and have booked accommodations or planned your trip around the tattoo, I do my best to honor that level of commitment.

In some of these cases, I may share a rough draft in advance so we’re aligned on direction — though final refinements are still done closer to the appointment.

This is not guaranteed for every traveler, but it’s an exception I make when it’s clear you're invested and all-in.

💳 Deposit Policy & Booking

To officially reserve your appointment, a $300 deposit is required. Here’s how it works:

  1. You’ll receive an invoice via email once we’ve agreed on your project and booking date.

  2. Payment is due upon receipt to secure your session — dates cannot be held without a deposit.

  3. The deposit is non-refundable, but it will be credited toward the total cost of your tattoo on the day of your appointment.

  4. If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible — your deposit may be transferable at my discretion depending on timing and circumstances.

Note: Deposit amounts may vary during high-demand periods, such as around holidays, studio travel dates, or limited flash events. If that's the case, I’ll communicate it clearly before booking.

Please don’t send a deposit until we’ve officially confirmed your booking.

🧠 My Philosophy

First and foremost, the design needs to be impactful — visually strong, intentional, and built to last. The artwork comes first — always. That means making choices that prioritize readability, flow, and longevity over trends or overcomplication. If something doesn’t work on the body as a tattoo, I won’t force it.

Getting tattooed is a luxury — something we choose when the timing is right, and I don’t take that lightly. I approach this craft with a lot of care and respect. It means a lot when someone chooses to work with me, and I do my best to honor that trust.

I work best with clients who are drawn to the kind of work I already do — who trust my design instincts, and understand that I bring years of experience with skin, technique, and composition to the table. I don’t thrive under micromanagement — not out of ego, but because good tattooing depends on knowing when to let the process lead.

If that resonates with you, we’re probably a great fit.
